Gabrielle holds a degree and a master's degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília, with a specialisation in family health from Estácio de Sá University and a technical degree in Biotechnology from the Federal Technical School of Chemistry. She works at the International Relations Coordination of the Municipality of Rio de Janeiro, where she has represented the megacity of Rio in UN negotiations and in international networks of cities such as CGLU, UCCI, UCCLA, C40 and Metropolis and alliances such as AL-LAs, Milan Pact and U20. Previously, she worked in healthcare management and strategic planning at OSCIP BEMFAM, with research and events at the international relations and foreign policy think tank CEBRI and in marketing at the retail consultancy GS & MD.
