João Daniel Lima de Almeida is a history graduate from UFF (1999) and has a master degree in International Relations from PUC-Rio (2001). He has been an international relations professor for graduates and post-graduates at PUC-Rio, Cândido Mendes University and FGV. He was a public professor at Colégio Pedro II and founder of the Clio Course in preparation for the Diplomatic Career Admission Contest (DCAC), where he contributed for fifteen years to the approval of more than six hundred Brazilian diplomats. He is the author of the "Candidate's Manual of History of Brazil" (2013), edited by the Alexandre de Gusmão Foundation and continues to teach online to DCAC candidates. He is currently linked to IUC (Institute of International Relations) at PUC-Rio, where he teaches the discipline of Brazilian Foreign Policy.
