Marcos Targino is a lawyer with a Professional Master's Degree in Global Health and Health Diplomacy from the National School of Public Health of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (ENSP/FIOCRUZ). He has a Latu Sensu Post-Graduation in International Negotiation Strategies from Cândido Mendes University. He has been working since 2006 in the Market and International Relations Division of the Institute of Technology in Pharmaceuticals of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (FARMANGUINHOS/FIOCRUZ) participating in International Cooperation projects in countries in Africa and Latin America.
